Mandatory Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 16 years of education in Law (LL.B required; LL.M/Barrister-at-Law preferred).
Licensed Advocate of the High Court.
At least 15 years of post-qualification legal experience, with 5 years in a leadership role or 15 years in High Court practice (10 years as Advocate of High Court).
Proven experience in corporate legal affairs, litigation, compliance, contracts, and advisory roles at national or multinational organizations.

Essential Skills:

Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, labor, procurement, and regulatory laws.
